Free to Book is a holiday booking and management service, who collect information from you when you make a holiday booking on our site. The collected information includes your name, email address, home address and phone numbers.
Your booking data is kept on the booking system, namely en.freetobook.com, for a period of 7 years. Additionally Free to Book hold a record of our annual bookings for 7 years, which only shows the lead booker’s name – no addresses, email addresses or phone numbers are recorded.

Wayfarer Guest House recognises that your personal data belongs to you and we don’t wish to use it in ways that you don’t want us to. You can control whether or not you receive marketing email from us by either subscribing when you make a booking or contacting us. Once subscribed to any marketing emails you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email. Marketing emails are only sent occasionally, usually only a couple of times a year.
In addition, we automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.
